Order, shipping or refund questions

My Top Pick is a publisher — we do not sell products, take payments or ship orders. If you bought something after clicking a link here, the retailer or brand that charged you handles the order. Their name appears on your receipt and card statement; contact them directly, as they are the only party who can look up, change or refund your order. If you cannot work out who the seller was, email us with the date and the page you came from and we will point you to the right company.

Corrections and accuracy

If something on this site is wrong, outdated or misleading, tell us. Include the page URL and what you think is inaccurate. We review every report and correct or remove content that does not hold up.
